Job Summary:The Finance department manages the funds, transactions and various business functions of the organization. This position will primarily assist with processing accounts payable, accounts receivable,campaign / donor data and related tasks. Additionally, this position may support the data analytics,information technology and/or human resource departments with assignments and projects as needed. Job Responsibilities • Assist with preparation of accounts payable documentation, account coding and data entry. • Assist with preparation of pledge reminder statements for payroll, corporate and direct bill accounts. • Data entry and auditing of campaign envelope contents.• Assist with processing of donor thank-you letters and payment receipts. • Assist with preparation and distribution of monthly departmental and program financial reports. • Reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts. • Reconciliation of deposits and checks issued from general ledger to bank statements. • Assist the data analytics, information technology and/or human resource departments with assignments and projects as needed.

• Junior/Senior undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance or related field. • Ability to understand and follow procedures for processing and verifying campaign pledges. • Basic math and data entry skills and advanced knowledge of Excel. • Strong communication and customer relations skills. • Thorough appreciation and acceptance of, and commitment to, diversity, equity and inclusion.
