Job Description:
-General front office duties, including greeting visitors, copying, scanning, filing, answering the phone, and handling office mail.
-Represent the International Office: general communication with prospective students, introduce campus visitors (tours) to the International Office, informational tables

Job Description:

-Staff the reception desk and welcome students and other visitors to the Career Development Center
- Schedule appointments
- Manage main office phone & voicemail
- Assist students, faculty, and other visitors with questions about career resources and services
- Utilize the ODU JobLine system to: 
   - Post job and internship information 
   - Track and record office statistics 
   - Update announcements and event calendar
- Perform general office duties: Inventory and maintain office literature, input data from surveys for reports, file student forms, retrieve and distribute office mail, perform faxing and copying duties, and keep lobby neatly organized
- Assist with Career Development Center events, including career fairs
-Take on special projects such as event logistics and marketing, organizing employer visits to campus, and other initiatives as deemed necessary

Job Description:
Gain non-profit experience while working with some of Central Ohio's most successful family-owned businesses. Our small but mighty staff will help you gain hands-on, meaningful work experience in a fun and relaxed environment - either in our campus office or remotely!

- Assist with setup and tear down of monthly meetings in the Community Room or in other locations on campus

The Admission Data Entry intern is responsible for assisting the Admission Coordinator in data entry and application processing. Continuous training will be provided to the Admission Data Entry Intern to ensure proper knowledge of both new and existing processes.  

The main responsibility of the Admission Data Entry Intern includes general office assignments under the discretion of the Admission Coordinator. This individual must follow the office policies and procedures at all times. Outside of the office this intern is expected to maintain good academic standing.
