Job Description:

- Keep Sacristy and Chapel organized.
- Manage sacristy inventory and work with the chaplain to order supplies.
- Coordinate Volunteers to set up for Mass.
- Keep sacristy and chapel clean and neat (Housekeeping is responsible for most basic duties.)
- Clean and iron linens and robes.
- Clean and polish brass and metal as needed.
- Other duties as assigned, knowing all jobs contain some clerical duties as needed by the supervisor.
-This job requires participation in the Campus Ministry Student Leadership Team.

   Mon-Thu 12:00PM; 
   4th Monday of the Month: Adoration 12:30-5:00PM and 5:00 PM Evening Prayer in Christ the King Chapel.

- Graduation Baccalaureate Mass requires being available through graduation.
- Weddings (including those that take place during summer and winter breaks!) not coordinated by chaplain may require sacristan's presence at rehearsals and weddings to supervise chapel use and other rooms.
- Availability for other special liturgical programs as they are developed.

Job Description:

-Assist in coordinating service projects for Campus Ministry
-Coordinate and lead service outings as necessary.
-Arrange for transportation to service sites if needed.
-Promote service activities and recruit volunteers.
-Participate in and help to coordinate one of two 8 – 10 day service immersion trips (Spring Break).
-Find and/or help to create articles and reflection materials for service events.
